Kent employer uses Settlement Agreement to replace PA with family member.

Mrs B wished to terminate the employment of her personal assistant in favour of one her family taking on the role. Her employee was entitled to bring a claim for Unfair Dismissal, however, as a result of successful negotiation by Slee Blackwell Solicitors the employee agreed to the mutual termination of his employment. He entered into a Settlement Agreement prepared by us and received a modest payment from his employer.
