How much will a Compromise Agreement cost?
In the vast majority of cases, it will cost you nothing. This is because most employers will foot the bill for a Compromise Agreement themselves.
We will obtain advance confirmation from your employer that they will meet our fees before we undertake any work. In the unlikely event that they refuse to do so then we will tell you and you will not be charged for what we have done.
The only situation in which you would be charged for our services is if your employer’s offer is not acceptable to you and you instruct us to negotiate on your behalf. In this situation there may be additional legal expenses for which you would be responsible. Obviously we would advise you of this before any such fees were incurred. We would also explain whether we are able to proceed on a No Win-No Fee basis.
